| Due to the limited number of seats, applicants are required to reserve their seats on a first come first serve basis. Please click below for registration. Confirmation emails will be sent to successful registrants after the submission of your registration. Please do not sign up more than once. |

Check-in and Seating Assignment
| Check-in counter would be set up at the Piazza (next to the Mr & Mrs Ho Ting Sik Visitor Information Center). Please print the confirmation email and bring along with you for check-in. If you cannot present this at the check-in counter, you will be considered as walk-in audience. Priority will be given to registrants with admission tickets. |

| Seats will be assigned at the check-in counter on a first come first served basis and will be arranged in the order from LT-A to LT-E. |
| |
| Registrants who come after the talk commences will be treated as walk-in audience. |

If the Black Rainstorm Warning, Red Rainstorm Warning or the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above is in force at 7am on the event days, HKUST will decide whether the activity will proceed. |

When the Amber Rainstorm Warning or the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 3 is in effect, the activity will be held as scheduled. |
